Maya also holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from CIIS of San Francisco, and conducts a private practice as a licensed MFT in Santa Cruz. Her other preoccupation is parenting her two awesome children.
Unlike other yoga practices, the student and instructor interaction is crucial. It is that level of observations and physical adjustments that makes a real difference in a student’s yoga progress.
She is etremely happy and grateful that Santa Cruz is at orange tier and that California intends to open up on June 15th. On April 19th, Maya will teach ybrid-In-person classes. This means she will be teaching the class over Zoom as well as in-person. Space is limited so students must fill out the following form.
