Valerie Moselle is an advanced yoga and breathwork teacher, author, and entrepreneur. A 25-year veteran of teaching, her approach is informed by functional anatomy, biomechanics, and emerging theories in neuroscience. Valerie is the founder of ReSourcing™, a system of simple, accessible, movement, breathing, and visualization techniques based on evidence and best practices to regulate the nervous system and promote mind-body integration. Valerie works privately and in group settings with individuals each poised to derive unique benefits from embodied practice, and is known for practical sessions that inspire a playful exploration of breath, movement, self-inquiry, and surrender.
Valerie has studied and taught in the San Francisco Bay Area, Southern California, the Pacific Northwest, Holland, the U.K. and India. She currently lives in Santa Cruz, CA where she authored Breathwork: A 3 Week Breathing Program for Clarity, Calm, and Better Health and co-founded Luma, formerly an award-winning family-focused holistic wellness center. When she’s not teaching Valerie can be found exploring flow-state on Northern California racetracks as a high performance driver and driving instructor.

Resourcing Yoga
ReSourcing™ Yoga Classes are a playful blend of yoga inspired movement and breathing exercises, and somatic awareness techniques that promote mind-body integration and nervous system regulation. Inspired by insights from the fields of psychology, neurobiology and mindfulness. ReSourcing™ classes address stress and chronic burnout, build physical strength, improve motor control, germinate new, positive neural pathways.

Begin your 2026 with a week-long retreat at the spectacular yoga resort of Mar de Jade in Chacala, Mexico. Enjoy two yoga classes daily in their spacious studio with time between to relax on the beach, swim in the warm ocean water, go on special excursions including hikes, whale watching, ancient petroglyphs etc. Massages also available.
Cost is $575/person for yoga classes. Final payment is due by October 15th, please email Maya, if you have any questions. Accommodation and air travel are separate expenses. Workshop is open to students with minimum one year Iyengar experience. The workshop registration is still open.
