Summer Intensive 2026

When: August 5th - 9, Wednesday – Sunday

Save the date! Maya Lev, director of the Yoga Center Santa Cruz, will be offering her 5-day intensive workshop in-person and through Zoom. During this intensive, Maya will focus on establishing and enhancing positive habits to help students deepen their yoga practice. There will be 2 sessions a day; each session is 2 hours. Applicants need not come every day and may book for 1 or 2 classes daily. This workshop will be beneficial to both new and experienced students.

NOTE: The level 3-5 classes are for strong and well established Iyengar style students. If you have any questions please email maya@yogacentersantacruz.com.

Level 1-3 : 8:30-10:30am, Zoom link 1-3
Level 3-5 : 3:00-5:00, Zoom link 3-5

Cost:

Member rate: $22/class for five or more, $25/class for four or less classes.
Non-Member rate: $27/class for five or more, $30/class for four or less classes.

Beginning Yoga

Want to start yoga but not sure where to begin? YCSC offers 2 intro/beginning classes. These are perfect for the beginner and anyone returning, those with limited mobility or new to Iyengar Yoga. New students are alway's welcome.

From San Jose, follow Hwy 17, to Ocean Street. Take Ocean to Soquel Ave and take a left onto Soquel. Take a right onto Seabright from Soquel. 1620 is about a half of a block

Parking space is available on Seabright. Please avoid the parking lot across YCSC. Many of the parking spaces are NOT for the public.
