Karen Zelin has been a student and teacher of yoga, meditation and mindfulness since 1990. She graduated from the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco and completed Kofi Busia’s teacher training program. Through this steady exploration of strength and flexibility, yoga helps to clear the mind and live deeper into health and well-being. Beware: a regular yoga practice has also been known to cause great happiness!
