Lori Ritland
Lori L. Ritland, CIYT is a Level III Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, and Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT and dedicated to spreading the teaching and love of Yoga as spread by world renowned B.K.S. Iyengar (1918-2014) from Pune, India. She has studied with Guruji, his children and granddaughter in both India and the U.S. It is her hope to guide those seeking greater balance in their busy lives through their yoga practice. She also has been a longtime student of Senior Iyengar teacher, John Schumacher since 1999 at Unity Woods Iyengar Studio. This studio has been spreading Yoga throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC since 1979. Lori and her family recently moved to Santa Cruz from the Washington D.C. area.

Pranayama I Series
This is a 10 week series suitable for level 1-2 students or the equivalent yoga practice. Classes are on Saturdays, 8:30 – 9:30am. Cost $150.00.

Pranayama III Workshop
Saturday, March 14th will be RESCHEDULED, new date TBD. Drop ins welcome, if you have experience in Iyengar Yoga Pranayama or have completed Pranayama II.

Lori Ritland will be substituting for Maya Lev on:
Monday, April 6, 10:15am, level 3-4
Wednesday, April 8, 8:30am, level 2-3
Friday, April 10th, 10:15am, level 3

Lori will also be giving a drop in class on Wednesday, April 6, level 1-2.

Kofi's Winter 2023 Workshop

Summer Intensive with Kofi Busia
June 19-23, Wednesday – Sunday

Veteran’s Hall, 846 Front Street, Santa Cruz
Cost: 5 or more classes: $25/class, for 4 classes or less $30/class.

Level  3-5, 10:30 – 12:30pm
Level 1-3, 4:30 – 6:30 pm

Kofi Busia is offering two intensive sessions daily during the five-day session. Applicants need not come every day and may book for 1 or 2 classes each day. NOTE: the advanced Level 3-5 classes are only for strong and well-established Iyengar-style students. Please email maya@yogacentersantacruz.com if you have any questions.
